- Are the sizes listed the photo size, or the size of the frame itself?
All of the sizes listed are the photo size. The frames are actually larger (Usually 2-3 inches in each direction) For example, a 4x6 frame is usually about 6x8. For a more exact size, please email your request.
- Does the frame I want have glass?
Yes, all frames that PhotoFrames.Net offers come with glass.
- How are the frames packaged?
All frames come individually boxed, unless noted otherwise.
- Are the frames I ordered in stock?
Yes, only items in stock are shown. Rarely an item will be sold out, and not taken down from the site. If this happens you will be contacted either by phone or email.
- How much will my shipping charges be?
All orders shipped UPS Ground within the continental
U.S. will be charged a flat fee of $5.99. UPS Air
service is also available during checkout. Charges
will depend on weight and zip code.
- How long will it take to recieve my order when
shipped by UPS Ground?
Photoframes.net will ship your order within 1 business day. Please allow an additional
1 - 5 days for UPS ground transit time. We ship from New York so you can use the below as a guide
for UPS transit time:
