You may return any merchandise ordered from PhotoFrames.net for any reason within 30 days, and receive a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. $5.99 shipping charge will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. In order to receive credit, all items must be in their original individual packaging and suitable for re-sale. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.

If an item is damaged in shipping, a claim will be made with UPS, and a replacement will be sent after claim is resolved. In the very rare case where an item is defective, a replacement will be sent (if available) along with a UPS return label for return of defective item.
