You may return any merchandise ordered from Photoframes.net for any reason within
30 days, and receive a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Shipping
charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
In order to receive credit, all items must be in their original individual packaging
and suitable for re-sale. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.
If an item you received is damaged in shipping, a claim will be made with UPS, and
a replacement will be sent after claim is resolved. In the rare case if an item
has a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent (if available) along with
a UPS return label for return of defective item. Damaged items must be reported
within 5 business days of receipt in order to be eligible for replacement.
